Sweet Potato Casserole

3 cups cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
½ cup margarine, melted
1 cup sugar

2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup milk


Mix all ingredients together. Place in a greased baking dish.

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup self-rising flour
½ cup margarine, melted
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix ingredients together and spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 35 – 40 minutes.
